Giveaway rules
These rules cover each promotion announced by Steven Kent Music or CASH & KING on Instagram, Facebook, or this site. The post names the prize, the retail value, the start, and the end. If the post and this page differ, this page controls.

Prize and value
The prize is the item named in the post. The value is the shop price of that item on the day the post goes up, or the dollar amount written in the post. No cash substitute unless the sponsor says so in the post. The winner pays nothing to receive the prize. Shipping, if the prize is merch, is included inside the United States.
Dates
The promotion starts when the post is published and ends at the time written in the post. Pacific Time. Entries after that time do not count. The winner is picked within seven days after the end, unless the post names a different day.
Who can enter
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older. Void where prohibited. Employees of Steven Kent Music, and members of their households, may not enter. One entry per person per promotion. A purchase is not required.
How to enter
Do what the post says. That is usually: follow the account named in the post, and leave one comment on that post. A like alone is not an entry unless the post says it is. Entries that are bought, automated, or posted after the end do not count.
How a winner is picked and told
One winner is drawn at random from the valid entries. The sponsor messages that person on the same platform as the post, and by email if one was given. The winner has seven days to reply with a name and a U.S. shipping address, or with the email for a download. If there is no reply, another name is drawn. The sponsor may post the winner’s first name and last initial.
