Short bio
Steven Kent (Steven Kent Music) is a Healdsburg country singer-songwriter — traditional country, western, rockabilly, and gospel. Book him as Steven Kent. He met Johnny Cash in 1990 and Elvis Presley as a teenager. Those meetings shape Cash & King, a one-of-a-kind musical celebration (180 minutes, 20 minutes between sets — come for one, or both). He shares his personal stories of meeting them both. Upcoming album: Cash & King, LIVE. Premiered at Spreckels and the Raven. Studio debut Dream & Believe (2012), produced by Steven Kent. He is writer and publisher (BMI, Steven Kent Music) of the originals, including the Netherlands #1 “Would He Believe.”
